WHO WE ARE -

INTEGRATOR -

MULTITASKER -
The role includes everything from ordering office material to arranging breakfasts. your job is to find ways to make Afound a warm and welcoming workplace. It’s equally important to you to greet our visitor’s to making sure that our many office related subcontractors run smoothly and that the level of service is maintained.
In this role it is important to have a strong doer attitude. Your curiosity makes you take own initiatives and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
We need someone who is fluent in English as a second language, and of course fluent in Swedish.

Tasks includes but are not limited to this:
  • Greet visitors
  • Order office supplies
  • Manage communication and daily tasks regarding subcontracters
  • Support colleagues with different tasks
  • Introduction and security tours for new colleagues at the office
  • Make sure that everything in the office runs smoothly
  • Other Administrative tasks
The position is based in Stockholm on a temporary contract for 1 year with good chances of extension. You report directly to the HR manager and belong to the HR Department. If you have any questions about the role, please contact .
