Mission- Lead the customer and sales support team and the SAP team
- Responsible for the commercial and product related information to the sales teams, distribution and direct customers about prices, discounts, campaign offers, time of delivery and follow-ups
- Order booking flow and follow up (Phone/EDI, telephone and email)
- Safeguard that we can answer the right questions concerning technical information, application and use of our products and services to both end users and distributors
- Proactively support and implement a process to make easy quotations & selling activities like distributor campaigns
- B-projects: Ensure a working process and drive projects personally as well
- Responsible for SAP team including C4S: Ensure right master data, including pricing on all products and article number availability
- Responsible to maintain and update Shop Online
- Delivers results on time

- Good planning skills
It is mandatory to be fluent in Swedish for this job.
