Master Data Architect i Stockholm

Do you want to be part of building Master Data Management at H&M Group? We are looking for an experienced Architect within Master Data who likes to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action.

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be involved in many of the bigger projects and programs within IT. You will work with a complex system landscape and drive requirements, solutions and projects within the Master Data area. Furthermore, your role includes responsibility for information architecture cross H&M.

As a Master Data Architect, you will be a part of the Service Area Master Data Management within Enterprise Applications division. This area provides the master data foundation to all our brands globally and is one of the core service areas within H&Ms IT department.

You will be a part of a great team that has a lot of fun and where we collaborate and help each other. The team consist of architects for different master data objects and you will have close contact with architects and application experts from other areas as well as requirement specialists from IT and business. You will work in close co-operation with the Master Data Area Architect. 

To be successful in this role you have experience working with architecture or application design, you are customer focused, structured and understands business needs. You like constant improvements and are straight forward and open minded.

Your responsibilities

The job of a master data architect within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

- Take responsibility for the target architecture of master data solution cross H&M Enterprise which includes processes for data management

- Ensure consistency in implementation of master data solution cross enterprise through multiple projects and initiatives

- Working with business cross enterprise addressing business challenges and defining data management solutions

- Define data strategies including policies and principles for data management, data governance and data quality

- Drive questions and investigations related to Master Data

- Collaborate with other IT delivery organizations on architecture and high-level design 

- Communicate data strategy, target architecture effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders

Your skills

Just like everyone within the H&M group, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. 

And your skills include:

- Several years of experience as architect or application expert

- Experience of architectural modeling

- Experience of working with Master data

- Experience from large and global organizations

- Used to work with both technical and business questions

- Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English

Qualifying:

- Experience of working with ERP systems, preferably SAP

- Has worked in global projects and roll-outs with offshore development

- Experience from project management.
