As a Product Catalogue Responsible at Afound you have a big responsibility in securing what we offer in The Style and Deal-hunting Paradise!

The role

We are looking for a Product Catalogue Responsible to join the Digital Store team. As a Product Catalogue Responsible you are responsible of making sure all products are uploaded and enriched with the most commercial information at the right time. You are the product owner and super user for InRiver PIM from a business perspective and you need to have a good understanding of the systems integrated to InRiver PIM. You have an operational responsibility meaning close dialogue with stakeholders to be able to evaluate and further develop the system and its future potential.

You stay on top of existing system functionality and are updated on the latest functionality by participate in relevant system conferences and event. You will work cross functional within the organization to gather, develop and prioritize business needs and requirements and as part of the Digital Store team you will take lead and set new ways of working and set new standards. You act through our values and communicate in a straightforward way.

As Product Catalogue Responsible, you… have an interest in technical systems as you will be in charge of identifying and describing the PIM backlog in order to build a shared understanding of the development need. You make the products sellable by securing basic product information, product enrichment, images, translations and act on search behavior. Thrive in a fast-moving organization and have a process-oriented mindset as you will further developing the PIM business processes.

We are looking for you who

  • Have at least 3 years of experience within e-commerce
  • Previously worked at an IT department or as a system owner on the business side
  • Worked with technical requirements and development towards IT or external web agency
  • Have great communication skills and be a strong team player
  • Strive for efficiency with a passion for problem solving.
  • Love and live the H&M group values every day.
