As a (Senior) Business Analyst you will analyze the group data solving issues related to data and to create solution proposal for the issues. These solutions that you create are permanent, aims to simplify the business process and technical landscape. In your solutions high degree of standardization and structure are highly desired and which we expect you to deliver. You will visualize the data, create documentation and reports to the management. On top of these tasks you will be working with the solutions related to group data, prototyping solutions, purifying requirements and in general being a liaison between business and IT.

Your future responsibilities
In the Group Information Architecture team we are responsible for putting in place policies and processes to standardize and simplify the Information Architecture in the bank. This means being able to define what our data is, where our data is, how our data is used and how the data landscape is changing as a result of the change programmes. Central to this capability is having a common way to describe our data and information. Our team is also responsible for the tools related to the data with in Group Data Governance unit.  
 
What you'll be doing:  
  • Analyze issues related to the operational data within Business Units  
  • Create solution proposals that permanently solves issues  
  • Work as an expert on change initiative projects  
  • Create communication materials and reports to the management  
  • Develop, maintain and deploy tooling related to Group Data Governance Unit   
The role is based in Helsinki, Stockholm and Copenhagen. Welcome to a newly established team tasked with solving some of the most complex issues in the bank, necessary to provide Nordea with strategic advantage as well as complying with regulatory requirements.

  • Analytical mind with good problem-solving skills
