Job Summary:
Ericsson is utilizing Microsoft Office 365 (Office 365) in combination with other vendors tools to create a collaborative and productive digital working environment for the Ericsson workforce globally. We are now looking for an ICT Technical Product Manager to join our IT Productivity & Collaboration team and work with one of the largest enterprise deployments of Office 365 and Enterprise Mobility + Security suite with more than 100.000 users in over 180 countries. You should have experience of operating as a Global Admin in these environments administering both through web and PowerShell scripts. You understand the complexity of global enterprise environments, the technical challenges as well as regulations, compliance and legacy aspects. We have large focus on enterprise security and you will be a key player to continuously improve and remove cyber security threats. You will work in close collaboration with ICT Technical Product Managers, ICT Architects, ICT Delivery Managers and key stakeholders.
Our team utilizes an agile working method were we jointly review what we need to do, log it and ensure traceability of everything we do. You will be a key part of our agile Office 365 board to take decision on how we shape our future together for our users’ experience.
In this role you will report to the Head of IT Productivity & Collaboration, Emma Ruuth.
