Job description
As an IT Solution Manager you have the overall responsibility for the technical solutions supporting our business, you are responsible for planning continuous improvements and are responsible for the budget. You have technical skills within the areas and provide guidance for your business counterparts. You lead and plan the changes for each service in consultation with the business. This position is responsible for all global financial, sustainability and compliance applications - the main technology platforms are based on cloud version of Oracle BI but also Oracle Hyperion and CR360.

This position reports to the Head of Projects and Services at Group IT and also works closely with other ITSMs.

Your profile
We are looking for a person with solid technical background, complemented with experience from Service or Project Management. You have some experience of identifying business needs, developing business cases. You have worked within technology for 5+ years, are able to communicate in a non-technical manner when needed but also to engage with and leverage external vendors.

 
When working you have the ability to shift perspective but also provide structure. Furthermore, you focus on delivery and are able to involve the right people, internally and externally leveraging your excellent communication and networking skills. You have a university degree and it is meriting if you have experience from the Pm3 method. You are fluent in both written and spoken English and enjoy working in an international environment. This is a full time position based in Stockholm.
