Digital Business Controller to AB Lindex i Göteborg

Job Description  As a Digital Business Controller you have a key role in the development of Lindex Digital Sales business. You are involved in development of strategies to accelerate the digital growth in a profitable way. You support the Digital Sales team with deeper analysis of product sales. You support Head of Digital Sales in decision making by providing and analysing reports of sales, stock and markdown. You also work close to other departments and functions, with the common focus on developing Lindex digital business. In this position, you are also responsible for the process for Digital Sales result budget including both sales and cost budget, you analyze the digital customer offer for each market, support the setting of channel goals and sales plan specified for each market and you manage digital sales payment, security and fraud issues. Are you the one we are looking for?

• Academic degree in economics or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a position as Business Controller, in an e commerce business
• Experience from working with data as the main driver of the priorities and actions taken
• Good skills in Google Analytics
• Very good skills in Excel
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both speaking and writing
• Meritorious: work experience from a business with omni-channel approach and in an international environment,

To succeed in the role as Digital Business Controller you are driven by data, you are business minded and analytical. You work with focus on sales and profitability, you are detailed oriented and have strong administrative skills. Further on you are comfortable in team work, you have strong communicative skills and capability to collaborate with many different departments and roles. You are also used to work independently to manage your time to meet set deadlines.
