To provide secure banking services to our customers means to follow external regulations issued by various supervisory authorities. It also means to provide assurance to clients, counterparties and partners that security is adequately managed.

Group Information Security has the responsibility to lead and coordinate Information Security, including the cyber domain, in Swedbank. This means to establish the capabilities, practices and skills Swedbank needs to manage Information Security in a structured and efficient way. Security specific capabilities provided to the organization from within the department are services such as project security reviews, security verification testing and incident response.

As ISO you will drive the work to help business leaders understand the regulatory landscape, how regulations are implemented, how gaps can be closed, and how security specifics is communicated to our counterparties.
You will be the subject matter expert in this field.

• Analytical skills to interpret regulatory frameworks into a Swedbank context
• Interest in monitoring upcoming regulations and be part of regulatory consultations in the financial sector
• An understanding of requirements on financial institutions from the European Banking Authority and the Swedish and Baltic Financial supervisors is a merit
• Courage and the will to drive change in a large organization
• Stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills in English are required
• We like to see that you can work both independently but also in a team
• Problem solving should be your middle name as the job sets demand on your logical deductive ability
• Hands-on experience of controls testing is a merit
• Certifications relevant to the area are a merit, example CISA
• Relevant University degree
