H&M brand is on a journey to again become a truly customer focused company. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be part of one of the teams within the Head Office that are set up around our four customer groups – Ladies, Men, Kids and Divided.

We are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser (VM) to join the H&M Head Office. As a Visual Merchandiser you share the responsibility of reaching the sales and profits goals for your customer group by creating an inspiring, relevant and convenient shopping experience for customers. You work in close collaboration with other functions, such as Buying Office, Merchandising and Marketing, to create the best customer offer in store. Your results will be seen by customers around the world – you can really make a difference!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The job of a VM comes with a lot of ownership, responsibility and fun! Your main responsibilities include;

•        Creating and developing the visual merchandising guidelines for your concepts
•        Setting short and long-term strategies to increase sales performance through presentation
•        Using your salesmanship to act on here and now selling
•        Staying engaged with current fashion and the competition to develop garment presentation
•        Seeking feedback from our different markets to develop presentation and guidelines to stores

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

We believe you are a sales-minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. You also:

•       Have professional Visual Merchandiser experience, a minimum of 3 years
•        Are customer focused with a commercial mind-set
•       Are passionate and interested in fashion and retail
•        Have strong planning, organizing and prioritizing skills to manage a high workload
•        Have strong communication skills (verbal & written), fluent English is a must
•        Are experienced in working with Microsoft Office and Photoshop
