Klarna’s goal is to improve the online buying experience for our consumers and merchants all over the world. The Reporting Analysis & Forecasting team support Operations and Customer Service in understanding the complexity of consumer post purchase behavior. We are looking for a talented Reporting Analyst who is passionate about data analysis and business intelligence, and that want to influence the experience of millions of customers.

As a Reporting Analyst you will be part of the Reporting Analysis & Forecasting team responsible for forecasting, reporting and optimization of Klarna’s Customer Service. The focus of the role is to analyze data and provide data driven insights and reporting to Service Center and other stakeholder within Klarna. Situated at our HQ in Stockholm, you will be part of a talented team enabling the growth of one of the world’s most disruptive companies.

What you will be doing:

• create reports and dashboards using different BI tools presenting data for multiple processes, stakeholders and markets
• develop and manage data sources and the team’s reporting portfolio
• analyze and develop KPIs
• create business cases and recommendations towards domain management
• work closely with internal and external stakeholders to influence processes and business decisions
• partner with other business intelligence functions and departments to develop standards and share best practices
• work in a global environment with team members with different backgrounds, cultures and countries

• enjoy analyzing data; it is preferred if you are comfortable with some combination of the following programming languages, data software and tools: Qlik Sense, Tableau, Excel/VBA, SQL, Jira

• have strong analytical capabilities and like to be challenged
• have experience working with advanced excel
• have an academic degree within business, finance or engineering
