We are looking for an Insurance specialist and customer administrator to Nordea Life & Pension where we provide and care for our colleagues and customers alike, by either answering the phone, emails or administrating our Life- and pension products.

The offer
You’ll join Customer Service where we we play an important role in providing the right service to the right customer, support advisors and ensure that the offers and commitments of Nordea are fulfilled.  
 
What you’ll be doing:  
  • Administration of our products and securities
  • Give service to internal and external customers through phone and email
  • Contribute with competence for our projects
  • Be a part of digital development of administrative tasks
  • Update and create new working instructions

Nordea Life & Pension is a subsidiary to Nordea. We offer life and pension insurance products in Sweden. We are 240 employees and have close to half a million customers. Our mission is to integrate our products with those of Nordea bank and make pension more accessible for the customers. We are currently looking for two new Insurance specialists and customers administrator on a permanent contract.

Your profile and background:  
  • Experience within agile way of working in the area of life & pension products
  • Possibly an IFU diploma or graduation from Försäkringsskolan or equivalent education
  • Previous experience from serving customers and administration
  • Fluency in Swedish and in written and spoken English
  • Experience in unit link, funds and custody is meritorious
