The offer
You will join NAM Business & Corporate Law where we provide services to the whole asset management organisation.
What you'll be doing:
Be a senior contact in the NAM Corporate Law group and together with the Head of NAM Business & Corporate Law establish the new group
Assist with and handle general contract, company and asset management law matters
Assist with board matters
Work with the Nordea Asset Management M&A matters by assisting senior colleagues but also on your own, depending on the size and complexity of the transaction in question
Be an important player in the contact with subsidiaries and branches

Your profile and background:
Skilled lawyer with 7+ years legal working experience from a law firm or in a in large, preferable international, organization working with corresponding matters
Result oriented, have a capacity to take initiatives, capable of working under pressure and at the same time with several assignments
Willing to make strong commitment
Personal patience for complex assignments as well as day-to-day assignments
A law degree (Master’s university degree)
Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)
