Concept Manager till SATS i Sundbyberg

SATS ELIXIA is set on a journey to once again revolutionize the fitness industry in the Nordics. We are now looking for a high-octane Concept Manager to join the ride and help SATS ELIXIA develop the next generation of training concepts. 

As Concept manager you will work with a dedicated Product and Concept team to develop world leading training concepts and transform our product portfolio into a member centric and commercially attractive offering. You will be responsible for taking new concepts from idea, through conceptualization and packaging all the way to implementation commercial success. 

You will work together with the Nordic Product & Concept team as well as with people across the organization and be reporting to Product & Concept Director. 

Responsibilities include: 
-Identify commercially attractive white spots in our product offering 
-Innovate and conceptualize world class training products 
-Drive implementation and concept compliance together with operations 
-Work with the product team to continuously review our product offering and ensure its aligned with our business goals, brand position, member feedback and current training expertise 
-Review performance of our training concepts and take actions as needed 
-Be operationally involved in the key process related to training development 

Requirements 
-Excellent and documented project leadership skills 
-3-5 years of work experience from product or business development, preferably within consumer goods/services or management consulting  
-Strong background in fitness and/or sports 
-Experience from working in a Nordic or global company  
-Fluent in English and Scandinavian (Norwegian or Swedish) 
-Background as Group training instructor, personal trainer or Physiotherapist is a merit
