Expert Communicator, Personal Banking, Stockholm

We are looking for an Expert Communicator to strengthen the internal and customer communication of Personal Banking. This is an opportunity for you to play an important role in delivering value adding and best-in-class communication solutions that have a clear customer focus, protects and strengthens Nordea’s position and brand, and supports Nordea in reaching business goals. You will act as a sparring partner in communication support for senior executives and drive strategic projects in Sweden. You will set the direction and foster a strong and consistent story of Personal Banking to various stakeholders via different communication channels. To engage employees, build pride and strengthen customer centricity even more.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Customer Experience, Marketing & Communication, where we provide communication, marketing and customer experience insights, create content and develop tools to help achieve the business goals in Personal Banking. We are a relatively newly established Nordic department of 35 colleagues ready to take the next step in building a strong set-up supporting Personal Banking.
 
What you’ll be doing:  
  • Develop and deliver high quality internal and customer communication solutions with a high impact and focus on customer centricity  
  • Develop and deliver integrated and holistic communication solutions that ensure coherence in different channels and in messages  
  • Provide advice and coaching for Personal Banking’s Swedish management team  
  • Develop and implement the communication strategy of Personal Banking and ensure that its’ content is implemented in the daily communication work  
  • Improve the communication to Nordea’s personal customers  
  • Independently drive the execution of specific assignments in cooperation with local/Nordic colleagues and business stakeholders to utilise the diversity of competencies  
The role will be based in Stockholm. You will report to Renée Tengberg, Head of Internal & Customer Communication.

Your background and work experience:  
  • More than seven years of experience with communication from a large, international company  
  • In-depth experience from working with internal and customer communication across business units/functions, countries and cultures  
  • Operational experience in coordinating and implementing communication supporting business, and communicating complex issues in a simple and engaging manner
  • Proven experience in handling complexities among multiple channels, content creators, agencies and internal stakeholders  
  • Proven experience in working with senior executives  
  • Enjoy managing several projects at the same time in a fast-paced working environment  
  • Candidate degree in Communications or equivalent  
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English  and having great communication skills in local language
