Internship at Swedbank Corporate Finance i Stockholm

We are looking for candidates who want to join the Corporate Finance internship for 6 months starting in January 2019.

Corporate Finance offers financial advisory within public and private mergers & acquisitions as well as equity capital markets, involving IPOs, capital raisings and other ownership. Supported by the recent strategic partnership with Kepler Cheuvreux, Swedbank is a leading equity house with strong local presence in the Nordics.

Operating in a fast-paced and intensive environment, we are growing and currently seeking internship candidates to our Stockholm office. We are looking for highly motivated candidates that are eager to develop a Corporate Finance expertise in a dynamic context. You will have the opportunity to work across different industries and transaction types. Daily work tasks include financial modelling, company and industrial analysis, valuations as well as preparation of various types of presentation material.

Our daily work is characterised by a high pace and as our intern you will be given the opportunity to develop your analytical skills in a professional, demanding but also friendly, environment – offering a steep learning curve.

Preferably you should be in your final year of your Bachelor or have started your Master studies and we expect that you have:

• Strong academic record specialising in finance, accounting and/or economics
• Outstanding analytical skills combined with a strong practical understanding
• High work capacity, a flexible and commercial attitude as well as attention to detail
• Interest and knowledge in capital markets and business
• Social and cooperative skills
• Excellent English and Swedish skills
