Business Analyst in Digital Lending i Sundbyberg, Vilnius

We are now looking for a Business Analyst to a mortgage cross functional team within value stream Lending in Digital Banking. The value stream Lending is focused on developing and maintaining our customer services in a way that supports our strategy in the mortgage lending area. We shall digitalize the lending process and provide user friendly digital solutions through Mobile and Internet bank. The team is located cross-border- both in Sweden and Baltics.

In the Business Analyst role you will be responsible for/to:

• Participate and/or lead the work of gathering requirements from business stakeholders
• Work closely with UX design team
• Together with Agile Product Owner work on breaking down product backlogs into MVP´s and user stories
• Express Product Backlog in terms of Jira User stories with acceptance criteria and other required details
• Acceptance test of developed functionality to determine if a solution has fulfilled the requirements
• Provide help and support to software engineers to ensure a common understanding of requirements
• Participate in team's scrum ceremonies and lead requirements refinement sessions
  
  

The ideal candidate has/is:

• At least 3 years of experience as Business/System Analyst, Product Owner or similar
• Knowledge of banking domain
• Comfortable at and experience in writing User Stories
• Understand software development life cycle
• Experience in Agile way of working
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English
• High level of analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to details
• Relevant University degree
• Ability to travel
