Are you a digital native who’s interested in fashion, social networks and real-time communication? Right now, we are looking for a Community Manager with immediate start.
The Social Media Team is responsible for developing high fashion content for social media usage, and engaging with customers and key influencers. The Community Manager will work closely with the team’s project managers, as well as cross-functional with other departments at the head office. The position is full-time and based in Stockholm.
The Social Media Team is part of the Planning and Project Management team at Global Marketing and as a Community Manager you will:
- Manage day-to-day activities including live content production for H&M’s global social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, YouTube and Pinterest
- Actively engage with customers and influencers in social media
- Monitor conversations and report on metrics such as fan growth, interaction, reach and revenue
- Coordinate local contributions in social media, working closely with all our markets
- Work together with Content planners, Customer Service and Media Relations to ensure key messages for social media
We believe that you:
- Are a digital native, positive, open-minded and have a passion for fashion
- Have working experience from planning both paid and organic content in social media
- Have strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Have great knowledge of social media and a major interest in new technology
- Are fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Work well under stressful conditions
- Are self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a team
- 3+ year’s working experience from Social Media, Marketing or Editorial and fashion retail is a preference
