To meet current and future customer expectations and needs, we are looking forward to welcoming a Business Expert to the OMNI Operations Department within Global Logistics HO. You will contribute to building a future proof logistic operation, mainly focusing on Online and customer fulfilment.

 

This role will be the Logistics representative in a cross functional collaboration between Sales and Merchandising, Logistics, and IT among others.

 

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Together with the Sales and Merchandising team follow order income during the daily operation and actively take supply chain actions on order fulfilment.
  • You will give recommendations based on analyses as well as being part of taking active business decisions to secure our customer promise.
  • Create and develop logistics reporting and analysis to serve as base for proactive actions in short- and medium timeframe.
  • Close cooperation and communication with Merchandising and all our Warehouses as well as Operations and Distribution teams at the Head Office.
  • Continuous improvements for upcoming Global Online Expansion (GOE) driven releases in all relevant areas such as planning, customer, quality, efficiency, lead time, and profitability.

 

To be successful in the role we believe you have:

  • A degree in economics and/or supply chain, or comparable work experience.
  • The ability to comprehend, analyze and put numbers in use for decision making, putting the Customer in center.
  • A proactive mind-set with strong planning and prioritization skills.
  • Work experience from supply chain/logistics, preferably online, and/or transports.
  • Experience from working in cross-functional projects/teams, in an international environment.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

This fulltime role is preferably located in Stockholm but Borås or Hamburg could as well be options. The role will report to the Global Online Operations Manager. Some travels are included in the role.
