As Branch Manager you will be responsible for:

Branch Management – Proactively manage, lead and develop the Branch through a strong customer- and business focus in accordance with plans and strategies.

Branch Operations – Run the daily operations in a safe and profitable way by setting and following up clear targets, enabling and engaging team and implementing a continuous improvement approach.

P&L responsibility – achieve financial and business performance targets.

Branch Sales and Marketing – Act as a broad external representative for the Branch and Scania in general, showcasing the Scania’s presence, interacting with customers, business associations, unions, schools etc.

Business development – Strong at Sales and business development capabilities.

We offer you an interesting and accountable position that also involves work in the executive group of Scania Suomi Oy. In your capacity as Branch Manager you will report to the Regional Manager Finland and Baltics, Scania Finans AB. Your office will be located at the Helsinki office of Scania Suomi Oy in Konala, Helsinki, and you will lead a team of five financing professionals.
