Back Office Team Leader

H&M’s Global Customer Service is a multichannel and multi-brand organization with a focus on the customer dialogue throughout the customer journey. Today Customer Service has around 2300 employees globally and has established 9 Customer Contact Centers around the world, so far.

Your responsibilities
The job as Team Leader comes with lots of responsibilities – and lots of fun! Your main responsibility is to be the direct manager for a group of Customer Service Agents. Your primary tasks are to support and give feedback to the Back Office Agents and to coach them in their development. Your to-do list includes:
