Group Manager i Luleå

Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions.

You will be a part of Business Unit Combat Systems and C4I Solutions (C2S), which supplies world-leading Command and Control systems, product and services. We operate globally with local sites in Sweden, Australia and South Africa.

In Luleå, Saab develops Command and Control Systems, Planning systems, Simulators and Data links för civil and military applications.

We are now looking for a Group Manager for our office in Luleå.

The position is based in Luleå, Sweden. The position is split in 50 % manager and 50 % work in our projects.

More specifically, the role include responsibility for:
- A group of ca 20 people.
- Conducting salary discussions and performance reviews
- Coaching of teams and individuals
- Identification of cross domain, cross product and cross section collaborations
- Education and stimulation in use of best practice in all disciplines (agile etc.)
- Work environment responsibility for own staff

To be successful in this role, we expect you to demonstrate strong collaboration-, leadership skills. You must have the ability to challenge status quo and seek out new perspectives.

We value experience from team coaching, change management and leadership. You have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

You have in-depth knowledge of systems development. You have experience from coaching agile teams in complex environments.

As we act in a global environment you must communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
