UX designer i Stockholm

We are looking for a warm and skilled UX designer who believes in the value of good design.

Tele2 is Sweden's second largest telecom operator, offering mobile and fixed telephony, broadband, and content services. Our ambition is to be the greatest UX team in telco.

What you will be doing

As a UX designer you will be working to design a smooth experience and collaborate to create a nice journey throughout our entire online platforms and products. You will have great individual freedom to explore and design the experience in a way that you believe will create value and impact. As a part of our ten person UX team you will have support and collaboration to grow as a designer and help us improve as a team. Weekly design reviews and creative sessions together in the team will allow your feedback and ideas to be highly visible and make a big impact across all Tele2 brands and their customers.

Who are we looking for?

We want to work with you who, like us, want to create really good digital products that create value. For this role it's important that you have worked as a UX designer for at least a couple of years. You have created prototypes, final designs and have been involved in figuring out and validating user- and business needs. This position has a strong visual design focus, closely involved with the marketing team and its activities. So if you've spent some time at a web design- or an advertising agency it would be fantastic.

We believe that you are curious, inventive, and generous with your knowledge. You take responsibility of driving the design process forward and you are good at including team members in your work. You like working in a team and you are able to present your work to colleagues as well as stakeholders.

You definitely know how to use Sketch and how to use its libraries and symbols. If you have previous experience with InVision, Zeplin or Abstract, and Jira you will feel right at home in our agile workflow. Good written and spoken English is a must.
