Job description

As the Mill Director, you will have the full responsibility for the operations of Karlsborg Mill and its 380 employees. The role also includes a coordinating responsibility for all the companies and people operating at the Karlsborg site. The Mill Director is a member of Division Paper Management Team and reports to the Senior Vice President Division Paper.

As the Mill Director you will plan, develop, lead and follow up the activities of Karlsborg Mill in terms of work environment, product quality, costs, external environment, organization, policy and goals.
