Team Manager to HQ Support i Stockholm

Team is working closest in the field to Swedbank employees for all their IT related questions. Our goal is to provide hassle free help for users in a friendly and cozy way. We hold user experience in highest regard and make sure it's kept in focus everyday life.
As a Team manager you will be responsible for efficient way of working in the Cross Functional Team(s) (CFT) by ensuring competence development and staffing as well as supporting your team in the delivery of daily work and lead the employees toward Swedbanks Wanted Position.

As a leader you have strong people and stakeholder management skills and have the ability to communicate clear and simple.
As team manager we like to see that you are open minded, structured and solution oriented. You have an inner drive to satisfy customer needs therefore good cooperation and flexibility is must.
Fluent English is necessary for this position.

Manager, Project leader/manager, APO, Service Owner, Senior Project Coordinator, Engineer

Chief Product Owner or similar managerial position
