Software Engineer i Stockholm, Umeå

Group BI is a group wide unit at Swedbank. Our aim is to develop and promote capabilities to work with data and build knowledge for better decision-making.
Our group, BI Reporting and Analytics User Support SE, are working in a cross-border landscape with a strong focus on the Swedish delivery. Main source is the Swedish Data Warehouse. Report delivery is done in an agile way by a team that has a deep knowledge in the Business as well as technical platforms. Some of our key success factors in this are time to market and close cooperation with end customer.
We are now looking for a new team member that finds it challenging to be a part of our exciting journey and also help us advance to next level!

To succeed in this role, you should be experienced in working within Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse area. You should also have a deep knowledge about systems, processes and flows in the banking sector, preferably in the Swedbank environment. You are experienced in the Teradata platform and other database environments and can retrieve data both by graphical tools and by using queries. Analytical tools like Microstrategy are also something that you work with on a daily basis. When working with deliveries you see both short term solutions and long term solutions.
Communication skills (Swedish/English) are important, when contact with our customers is a natural part of our daily work. You are an independent and driven professional, but also like to work in a tight delivery team.

In your role as Software Engineer, you will:

• Deliver reports (ad hoc and regular reports) on a daily basis
• Deliver analysis and business knowledge to our customers
• Be proactive in improvements of efficiency and reporting service quality and help in our journey of transformation
• Ensure good customer satisfaction.
• Cooperate with other teams within or outside our value stream
  
  

• Data Warehousing on Teradata platform
• Reporting tools such as Microstrategy, Qlik View/ Qlik Sense
  
  

• Software Engineer within other division/area in Swedbank
• Data Scientist within BI Area
• Scrum Master within BI Area
