Development Manager i Sundbyberg

There are many external and internal factors affecting how the Bank should look tomorrow – what is our strategy, what are our customers' expectations, how are we regulated, etc. This changes our way of working – processes needs to be created/adapted, systems/platforms need to be changed or updated, governance documents need to be reassessed, etc.

At Group Treasury Transformation Unit we proactively advise Treasury on upcoming internal/external changes that may affect our existing ways of working and ensure that the changes are implemented in a good way. We coordinate the Development roadmap, facilitate prioritization, drive our own initiatives or represent Group Treasury where Group Treasury is a stakeholder in a wider Swedbank initiative.

You are expected to work with topics such as IRRBB (Interest Rate Risk in Banking Book), FX risk, etc.

The job is located either in Swedbank HQ, Sundbyberg Sweden or Vilnius, Lithuania. In case you will work in Vilnius, you will be expected to regularly visit Swedish colleagues.

The job is for you, who are strong in communication, have experience working with regulatory topics and their implementation through systems and processes. For you who are structured, can see a big picture and are responsible both in terms of deadlines and in deliveries.

In order to succeed in the job, you:

• Have university degree
• Have experience in project management or relevant role in agile ways of working
• Have knowledge of financial instruments
• Have experience and are interested in regulatory topics
• Are great in collaboration and are used to working in an inter-dependent environment where your work result greatly depends on others
• Have experience from working with core Group Treasury systems (e.g. Focus) OR you are a fast learner and interested in system connection
• Experience from agile ways of working and understanding of Group Treasury is an advantage
  
  

In addition, you are proficient in both oral and written English and MS Office.
