The role:


As Supply Chain Merchandise Manager at Afound your biggest attention will be to get the best customer offer with the right amount of goods to our stores (including our e-commerce store) at the right time. Besides that, you need to be the link between purchase, logistics, and sales. Which means very good communication skills and that you are highly structured as a person.

 

Your responsibilities will amongst other be:

  • Setting and developing an efficient process to get our best customer offer out in our stores during the right time.
  • Be the link between logistics, merchandising and buying regarding income and outcome of stock.
  • Communicate and follow-up with our buying and logistics departments to make sure that their activity supports the selling and stock goals.
  • Setting an initial allocation & replenishment strategy, for current and new markets. Follow-up and hold allocation strategy meetings.
  • Support the Merchandising team with proposing actions to keep an optimal stock situation.
  • Drive and implement projects and IT solutions for allocations and replenishment.
  • Propose actions to keep a balanced stock situation and stock freshness, and handle end of stock.
We are looking for a person with:
  • University degree in business administration or similar.
  • Work experience from merchandising, supply chain and/or controlling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication skills; Fluency in English & Swedish is required
  • Has a commercial mindset and is sales-driven.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • High initiative and drive.
  • Strong ownership of work with strong ability to follow-up on tasks
