Are you an expert in Digital Marketing with great technical abilities and dream of working with one of the largest fashion retailers in the world? We are looking for a driven Digital Marketing Tech Specialist to join the H&M Global Media Channels team. The position is permanent and based in Stockholm.
 
This is an opportunity to support and drive the online growth of H&M by working in tight collaboration with strategic marketing channels owners for both organic & paid activities. As a member of the Global Media Channels team, you will be part of the Global Marketing department at H&M which focuses on building brand awareness and drive traffic and selling to our stores, with the help of our different media channels.

The responsibilities will among others include:
  • Own data and automation projects to improve the efficiency and processes across all digital marketing operations.
  • Drive and support technical initiatives to increase customer acquisition, customer loyalty, traffic and sales in-store and online.
  • Support the media channel organization with technical help and drive data driven marketing projects small and large further within the broader H&M organization.
  • Secure data collection and quality in our web analysis tools and drive channel attribution initiatives.
  • Work in collaboration with channel owner & internal stakeholders for evaluation, analysis & follow up of the overall performance of the channel.
  • Secure reporting capabilities and anchor with relevant stakeholders within the organization, in close collaboration with the CRM team.
  • Share insights and learnings with stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Develop and implement a test strategy in collaboration with relevant departments (IT, Customer Analysis, Design etc).

We would like you to have…
  • 3-5 years of experience within Digital Marketing
  • Excellent technical understanding on data & API connections, 1st and 3rd party data integration and in compliance with GDPR law & directives
  • Experience working with feed management solutions (ChannelAdvisor, Lengow, ProductsUp, DataFeedWatch)
  • Experience running Tests, Draft & Experiments, Custom Solutions and more.
  • Experience working with Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau
  • Experience of handling accounts in multiple countries, time-zones with complex cross-functional responsibilities and teams, incl. creative teams, IT, developers, business stakeholders, analysts etc
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
