As an HR Assistant you will report to the HR-manager for KIDS BU and collaborate close with both her and the Talent Responsible for the BU. The role contains several different stakeholders both externally and internally; managers, employees and candidates. You are responsible to drive and develop your own responsibility areas with a strong focus on internal and external recruitment processes. You are also involved in overall HR strategies where you will have the possibility to learn and develop within HR.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Together with the managers you are responsible for the recruitment and development of new talents with focus on assistants
  • Own and drive mentor program for Business Unit
  • Coordinate and be a part of the recruitment process; advertise, coordinate interviews, participate in interviews, take references and give candidate offer
  • Be an expert and independently drive HR administration including workforce administration
  • Analyze and secure the exit process for all employees at the Business Unit
  • Onboard and secure best possible experience for new employees
  • Handle internship for design, buying and pattern making - be the HR contact, introduce interns, coordinate and follow-up
  • Support Talent Responsible and HR Manager in all HR processes as well as be an HR support and consultative sounding board to all internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate the workforce planning of consultants - be a superuser in consultant tool
  • Other HR related projects

 

Who are you?

 

As a successful HR Assistant you are service minded, possess a great drive and have a proactive approach. You are structured and hands on – driven by problem solving and taking ownership. You are motivated by the H&M values, have a business understanding and an ability to see both the big picture and the details. The fashion industry is a big interest for you, you have a salesmanship and are a true relationship builder – both with internal and external stakeholders.

 

To succeed in the role you also have:

  • Academic degree in HR or equivalent. It’s meriting if you have experience from a similar role
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting is very much appreciated
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both writing and speaking
  • Strong drive to grow, be innovative and improve ways of working within HR
  • Ability to prioritize and take quick decisions
  • High integrity and a prestige less approach
