We enable best in class control room solutions including everything from design, furniture solutions to operator wellbeing services.

Your main mission will be to lead a Sales team of 5 skilled colleagues within CGM - our unit for control room solutions- located in Borås. You will also support the development of local ABB sales offices and channel partners in their ability to offer control room solutions. As a change driven Sales Manager, you will be given a highly visible and important role in the organization. You will lead the department towards common goals with the responsibility for improving sales processes as well as creating growth, working cross-functionally and being part of our management team. First and foremost, you have a passion for sales as well as for leading others. Your leadership skills are vital for success. You build your leadership on trust, collaboration and great communication. It’s a must that you have at least five years of experience from product- or system sales and you developed your leadership skills within a multinational company. The passion for and experience from sales combined with your leadership skills make you an excellent leader and salesman.

Furthermore you hold a college degree or higher, preferably in the technical or construction area. You have experience from business to business sales and you have the ability to demonstrate that you can grow successful customer relations.
Fluency in English and Swedish is a must, written and spoken alike.
