Campaign and Offer Management (C&OM) is part of Group Customer Value Management (GCVM) and responsible for creating and executing proactive, relevant and tailored propositions (Campaigns and Next Best Actions) based on insights from customer behavior, propensity models, channel interactions and other data sources.

We are now looking for a manager for a new unit where we will build a Shared Service Center supporting the 58 Saving Banks that Swedbank cooperates with regarding propositions (Campaigns and NBA's) development. The manager will be responsible for creating the service model as well as building and further on heading the team. The team will probably be situated in Sweden and Baltics; combining close cooperation with Saving Banks with Baltic Campaign and Next Best Action development expertise. The manager will also be involved in the overall transformation towards data driven customer interactions in an omnichannel context.

Main responsibilities for the unit will be:

  • Establishing a Campaign Management Service Model and team for 58 Saving Banks
  • Develop Campaigns and Next Best Actions for Saving Banks
  • Cooperation with the other units in Campaign and Offer Management to drive the development of capabilities to support data driven omnichannel propositions( Campaigns and Next Best Actions)

What you need to succeed

We are looking for a structured and driven manager with successful experience from building shared service center for automated campaign management. You have experience from automated campaign management, good stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Adding on a prestige less and positive attitude, self-motivated, logical, analytic and results-driven nature and a dedication to deliver high quality, then we certainly want to meet you.

Being fluent in English, both written and oral, is a must. Being fluent in Swedish is an advantage.
