Risk Manager i Stockholm

Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I) is responsible for Swedbank's offerings to the very largest corporates and financial institutions. The majority of LC&I's employees are in Sweden, but we are also represented in the Baltic countries, Norway, Finland, Luxembourg, China, the US and South Africa.

We are looking for a person with experience from Information risk management to take on the role as Risk Manager in Risk & Regulation, part of LC&I First Line Risk. Our mission is to create business value and reliability for LC&I, by driving and providing monitoring and advisory services within operational risk and regulatory development to managers and staff within LC&I.

As a risk manager you will work with supporting the business in understanding and mitigating operational risks. You will be part of a team with specialists with various backgrounds working with a broad range of risk management activities such as risk assessments, risk reporting, incident management, Business Continuity Management and Information risk management. You will work both together with our Information Security Manager and support the business in understanding and mitigating Information risks as well as get the opportunity to learn and work with several other aspects of operational risk management. In the role you will have an opportunity to widen your network in LC&I, including our international branches, and other parts of the Swedbank Group.

• At least 3-5 years proven experience from working with IT or information risk management or similar in the financial sector
• Good understanding of IT systems used in the banking and financial sector
• Ability to discuss issues at both technical and management level, adapting message to target group
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
• Experience from similar business area (Trading, Capital Markets, Investment Banking etc) is meriting
• Swedsec/CISA/CISM/CRISK/CISSP certification is a merit
• Relevant University bachelor degree or higher
• Experience from working with one or more areas including operational risk, information security, business continuity, process management, compliance, AML (or other risk management)
