The IT Business to Business SE (IT B2B) unit is responsible for the delivery of IT solutions to the Commercial Business unit. The purpose is to streamline the management of Tele2's large and small business clients. This is done by offering the end-user comprehensive digital interfaces and automating internal processes, so that they are smooth and effective.

The Project Support Office (PSO) is responsible for driving IT B2B development projects such as digitalization, e-commerce, CRM, delivery and billing projects. The unit is composed of 15 Project Managers.

We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about creating great B2B services!

Role Description

As a Project Manager within IT B2B unit, you will have end-to-end responsibility for managing IT development projects. Your main responsibility is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with set business goals. Depending on the different projects you will work in an agile way or follow the waterfall model. You will have support from different resources such as IT, net and commercial business. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing IT projects consisting of 5-15 individuals in compliance with Tele2 project model
• Stakeholder management – communication within and outside of the team
• Reporting progress and fulfillment

You will report the project budget, quality and duration to the project steering committee which usually consists of 3-5 resource owners. All projects will follow the Tele2 project model.

Requirements

We are looking for a positive "doer" who sees opportunities instead of problems. You are skilled at getting your team from point A to point B and you can keep your cool in a faced-paced environment. In this role you need to have a great understanding of a digitalized business and be capable of seeing the bigger picture. Formal requirements for the role include:

• 5+ years of experience from IT, project development and/or project management
• Experience from working within the Telecom operation industry
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
