You will lead HVDC Service growth initiative within Power Grids Transformers PowerUp Service workstream and secure the anticipated growth impact. Develop HVDC transformer service business globally in close cooperation with Global Product Management – HVDC Transformers, and PGGI HVDC service business to ensure full coverage of the market and maximize business for PGTR. Drive sales strategy to increase penetration of HVDC segment within TRES markets, through engagement with PGGI, HUBs, TRES LPG Managers and WCFE. This position reports directly to the PGTR Service Work stream Manager Stephen Pearce.

Uppgifter :

In this role as Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
- Leadership of HVDC growth Initiative within the PGTR Service work stream in PowerUp.
- Roll out globally a range of transformer Service offerings targeting HVDC segment for new and existing installed base transformers.
- Develop and implement sales strategy, and required business processes to support HVDC transformer service sales growth.
- Develop and implement KPI’s to track HVDC transformer service sales, providing visibility of prospects, quotations and orders achieved.
- Coach and train TRES sales teams on sales of HVDC transformer service offerings.
- Develop marketing and sales tools, and material as required.
- Increase adoption of long term service agreements for HVDC transformer service.
- Encourage innovation within sales teams to maximize service sales opportunities.
- Secure the anticipated financial impact of the growth initiative.
- Develop and roll out implementation plan to deploy the growth initiative in all TRES units with strong support from HUBs.
- Undertake regular follow up and tracking of growth plan implementation status, launching proactive steps to mitigate slippage.
- Maintain accurate update in Wave tool to reflect progress in the growth initiative in line with reporting requirements.
- Provide feedback to Product Management concerning service offering enhancements requested by customers.


Krav:

To succeed in the role as Business Development Manager you have:
- 5+ years’ experience of service Marketing and Sales.
- Experience and knowledge of HVDC segment and transformer installed base.
- Internal network of key stakeholders active in HVDC segment.
- Network of customers who have HVDC installations.
- Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines preferred.
- Proven track record in customer focus, driving results and turning opportunities in sales successes.
- Excellent networking skills matured in a highly international organization, “leading by influence”.
- Change management experience is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Availability to travel internationally as required.
