Role Description

The next IT Manager will be responsible for first, second and third line support, infrastructure management of all local IT services, budgets and local IT projects for the two locations. Innovation, automation and Self-service are a couple areas that we focus heavily on and you need to be able to lead in these areas. The IT Manager will be working closely with stakeholders locally and globally, therefore you need to have the ability to be engaged and collaborate with others outside of Sweden. We are also looking for an inspiring leader who will motivate and coach/develop the team. Therefore, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

The next IT manager should have experience with the following:

• Infrastructure architecture Network (LAN / WAN / Wireless / Firewall / VPN / DNS / DHCP)
• Automation & self-service
• Experience working with different Operating systems (Windows, MAC OS, Linux)
• Software applications (Client / Servers / Network)
