Nordea Corporate & Investment Banking is a leading financial advisor in the Nordic region. We offer advice to our clients in relation to public and private mergers & acquisitions (M&A) as well as initial public offerings and other equity-related transactions (ECM). Our solid deal experience and track-record coupled with the unmatched financial strength of the bank allows us to offer our clients a unique full-service proposition encompassing both advise and financing. Our pan-Nordic setup currently consists of approximately 100 employees across our offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo.
The offer
To accommodate a strong and growing pipeline of transactions we are looking for a Stockholm based Analyst or Associate to join the Nordic ECM team. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the team and get the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most high profile equity capital market deals in the Nordic region.
What you’ll be doing:
- Participation in the production and presentation of pitch materials and various types of marketing materials
- Equity capital markets analysis
- Maintaining and development of templates and databases
- Collaborate with other Nordea teams, most notably Equity Sales and Equity Research
- Integral part of the syndicate function in public equity related transactions
The role is based in Stockholm.

Your profile and background:

- Fluent in Swedish and English
Previous experience from Equity Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Equity Research or Sales, Management Consulting, Private Equity or similar positions is qualifying. Applicants should have a degree in economics, engineering, finance or accounting.
