Job Description
The Rock Drilling Tools (RDT) division has some 10 product companies on 4 continents as well as engineering and Research and Development (R&D) staff close to these operations. Operational efficiency and new product development is a key to a successful implementation of our strategy. In order to provide excellent financial support to operations and R&D we are looking for a dedicated business controller.
Mission
The successful candidate will support operations and R&D in performance measurement, investment planning and financial follow up. This person will further drive the alignment of processes, procedures, and key performance indicators in our division. This position will report to the VP Business Control in the division.
Experience and educational requirements / Knowledge
Some (+/- 5) years working experience in finance and/or business controller positions in product companies or customer centers. University degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Administration or equivalent. Familiar with international accounting principles and a solid knowledge and experience in finance and reporting. Very good analytical skills. The role requests a genuine interest in all aspects of the business and the ability to work independently as well as a member of divisional projects. Experience with different ERP systems and specifically with M3 will be considered a plus.
