Business Development is responsible for collecting, planning, driving and doing the follow-up of the Business Developments initiatives. Focus for the organization is cross functional development. We want to create simplified and unified prioritization and steering and set an even stronger focus on customer experience.

Business Development works cross-functional and covering business development globally for H&M groups +60 online markets and our +4.600 stores with the mission to continuously improve and modernize the customer experience.

As a CRO specialist you will be a key player in the Test & Lab team working with optimizing experiences across our digital touchpoints globally.

 

Working with all aspects of experimentation, from ideation through to follow-up in a very cross functional environment. You’ll collaborate very closely with project managers across our development programs and functions, facilitating small incremental tests to larger changes to the customer journey.

 

 Your main responsibilities are:

 

§  Support business development with data driven decision making through A/B-tests

§  Identify opportunities to constantly improve the customer experience

§  Idea creation and collection within the area of A/B-testing

§  Drive, set-up and facilitate A/B-tests, capture results and analyse the outcome

§  Driving constant improvement within the area of A/B-testing 

 

What are we looking for?

§  You love A/B testing & optimising everything around you

§  An analyst at heart centering decisions on data driven insights

§  Very customer centric turning insights into clear hypotheses

§  Strong collaborator who can stand their ground and support with objective insights

§  Commercially orientated and a keen eye for business opportunities

§  Well organized and strong attention to detail

§  Basic knowledge of web analytics & visual analytics

§  Basic knowledge of front end development is merited

§  1-2 years’ experience with CRO, customer research or related field, experience of working with Optimizely or Adobe Target or similar is merited

 

 

This is a full-time position located at the head office in central Stockholm, Sweden. Travels could be necessary depending on assigned project.
