Business Owner of Client Clearing and Collateral Services i Stockholm

As Business owner you will have the overall responsibility for delivery towards our clients for products and services. The role requires close co-operation within Securities Services and also with other areas within LC&I and to some extent on a Group Level. As a Clearing Broker Swedbank provides clients with access to cleared derivatives at both Nasdaq (Stockholm) and LCH. The process goes from trade capture to delivery and settlement of physical securities and covers different systems and departments within the bank. The daily operations are managed by a dedicated team based in Vilnius (Lithuania) that provides clients with first line support with related questions.

The Business Owner role is closely involved in development of new features and the on-going improvement of the service. The role requires close co-operation with the Client Clearing and Collateral team in Vilnius in order to solve client queries, ensure sufficient service level is achieved and that changes to internal or external systems are tested and verified before going into production. The sales process is done in co-operation between the sales department within Securities Services and Client Coverage organization. The role acts as a product specialist in the sales process providing clients with detailed information on the capacity and delivery mechanism they will face.

• Good understanding of derivatives is a pre-requisite for the role
