Scrum Master to Corporate Banking i Stockholm, Riga, Vilnius, Tallin

The Corporate Banking Value Stream is responsible for development and maintenance of products and services related Corporate Lending, Trade Finance and Client lifecycle management. We are now looking for a Scrum Master to lead our Trade Finance oriented team Vega.

The Scrum Master is a servant leader and coaches the team members. He/she helps the team to remove impediments and works for continuous improvements.

The role includes:

• Coach the team to deliver sustainable high velocity and quality
• Manage, lead and follow up on activities and initiatives within the team
• Coordinate with other teams and Scrum Masters
• Arrange and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, participate in weekly Scrum of Scrum meetings, monthly release meetings, sprint planning sessions and retrospectives
• Continuously improve the way of working
• Ensure agile methodology adherence
• Work with team building

We are looking for a person with:

• Strong understanding of Scrum theory, practices and roles
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

• A value-driven, fast moving mind-set
• Knowledge of JIRA or similar solutions
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
