Testleader to IT Logistics Warehouse Online i Stockholm

Are you ready for an exciting testleader role in an expanding area? As testleader for our 3rd Party Logistics, 3PL, area, within IT Logistics SA Warehouse Online you will, together with a great team, work in line with IT2020 to take our warehouse solutions for online to the next level.

Within Logistics Warehouse Online you will work with various expansion- and business improvement projects as well as securing and improving our maintenance solutions. Most of these are part of H&Ms strategically important programs with a lot of cross-dependencies.

All our projects involve external suppliers and a large number of internal stakeholders. You make sure that the solutions work end-to-end with an emphasis on the Warehouse Logistics.

We believe that in order to be successful in this role you need to have experience and knowledge from the Logistics area. You will have a great level of independence in your role as testleader, and we expect you to act and be confident in your leadership.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M Testleader comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

• In close collaboration with the Test Teamleader lead and coach the team of test coordinators located in Stockholm and Borås and manage the planning, preparation and execution of test within the warehouse management system, to ensure the quality of the delivered solution
• Various tasks in the development and test phases in a release. It includes preparation, execution and coordination of tests. The purpose of the test work is to ensure quality of the solution delivered from the external provider and the integration between H&M systems.
• Responsible for following guidelines and way of working when it comes to documentation of test scenarios and result.
• Close collaboration with Suppliers and other functions within your delivery area like Architects, Requirements, as well as leaders within IT and Business.
• Identify and define the required tests based on specifications for new requirements including test documentation for existing functionality from previous test activities
• Participate in planning of test environments and evaluate the outcome of the testing as well as report and document issues and defects
• Supporting and planning the H&M business side in acceptance testing with test process tasks

• Min 5 years of experience as Testleader within application development solutions where you have proven excellent results
• Leadership skills
• Experience from test within projects that have integrations and cross dependencies with many parts of the organisation
• Supplier Management
• Stakeholder Management
• Experience from working in distributed teams
• Strong communications skills with great experience in conducting meetings and workshops
• Excellent skills in English
• RRC, RTC, RTM, ALM, JIRA or similar tools
• MS Office
• MS Visio
  

 
Experience from Logistics, e-commerce and SAP is an advantage. 
 
Travelling will be part of the job.
