Global HR Generalist to Customer Service

H&M’s Global Customer Service is a omni-channel and multi brand organization with focus on the customer dialogue throughout the customer journey. We are present in all online markets, where we serve both online and store contacts from all brands within the H&M group. Today we are around 3000 employees and work at 11 locations all over the world.
 
You will join a HR team with high ambitions and passion for our Customer Service. Together with the Head of HR and the Global HR Team for Customer Service you will be part of setting the global strategy of the HR agenda. We work as a team in both strategic and operative parts of our HR processes.
 
You will be based in CS Centre Boras, where you will support Global CS functions and managers with local topics such as Swedish Labour Law. Traveling will occasionally be required.
 
As CS Global HR Generalist some of your main responsibilities will be divided between supporting as described above as well as supporting the centre HRs with global topics such as:
  • Implement our Global Employee Strategy
  • Global Super User/Ambassador for Customer Service organisation
  • Support the use of and update our development tools such as the digital folders
  • Liaise with the HR Leadership specialist and Global Training Manager
  • Review and update the employee life cycle
  • Support the global HR team with projects
Who we are looking for
  • Business and people minded person
  • Positive and pragmatic approach
  • Experience as an HR generalist, an HR manager or leader of leaders preferably in an international environment
  • Employee relations experience
  • Swedish as a first language and excellent English both written and spoken
  • An understanding of Swedish Labour Law preferably with experience of union negotiation
  • Effective communicator
