You will be part of High Voltage Products, a business unit within the division Power Grids. The business unit develops, manufactures and markets high voltage products for HVAC and HVDC systems, such as surge arresters, breakers, instrument transformers, capacitors, cooling systems and cable accessories. As Business Controller you will work in our Controller department with main responsibilities within Business Controlling and support to LPG management, you will monitor line activities, progress achieved, estimate results and support operational decision making. You will also work with budgeting, follow up agreed targets and suggest improvement areas and have the opportunity to implement changes & improvements within our unit.

You ensure high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules. You ensure compliance with corporate and country standards, regulations, and guidelines, including assurance and appropriate and accurate representation of projects in project reviews. You make sure you have transparency and reliability in the financial data and business information.

Part of your role will also be to advise management on action plans, financial performance, production performance and operational issues to resolve. You have an ability to drive appropriate cost initiatives, productivity optimization and capital efficiency incentives. Manage and closely monitor the cash flow and take action to improve Net Working Capital is also part of your responsibilities.

You hold an economic degree and have at least 3-5 years’ experience from a financial and control department. You should also have financial accounting and reporting knowledge as well as risk analysis skills, focusing on Business Controlling. Strong skills in MS Office Excel and a fast comprehension of various IS/IT applications is also a requirement. Fluency in English, both written and spoken is a must. Furthermore, you have experience from controlling in an international environment including export sales. Change management capabilities is regarded as advantageous.

As a person you are disciplined, structured, result-oriented and highly committed to achieving agreed targets. You are good communicating and have good collaboration skills.
