We are looking for a strategic business controller with global responsibility.
Do you want to be part of setting and executing a global strategic purchasing strategy? Do you want to be part of a global team with tight collaboration with all countries in the H&M production world.
What will you do?
In this role you will join the Strategic Purchasing department and team up with the department manager. Together you will develop the strategy for the department.
As business controller you will act as an informal leader and drive the business results by creating clear measurable goals that inspires to actions. You will also be part of the management team in the office and to some extent also support other departments. In this role you will be one of 3 controllers in the office and report to the Country Controller Production.
In this role you will interact regularly with managers within your departments as well as with your colleagues based both locally and across the globe.
In this role you will be engaged in a wide range of tasks:
• Co-pilot the business together with the managers.
• Provide analysis and insight that leads to action.
• Together with the team set challenging goals.
• Be responsible to set and follow up the budget.
• Be proactive, and develop the controlling function.
• Create long term business value.
H&M Production Sweden is a global office situated in the heart of Stockholm. All in all, the office has 10 departments working with all areas connected to how we work with production and procurement in the H&M group. Who are you?

We are searching for someone who:
• Holds a degree in International Business, Finance, Engineering or similar.
• Has 3-5 years’ of relevant professional work experience.
• Has great analytical skills and can turn complex analysis into key messages that non-controllers easily can understand and take action on.
• Has experience from formal or informal leadership.
• Has great communication skills and is confident to talk in front of people.
• Has a good knowledge in excel and Power BI or an interest in developing that area.
