Business Solution Analyst (stock management) to Business Development – H&M i Stockholm

H&M Business Development is looking for a Business Solution Analyst with focus on Stock Management in store. This entails working with areas such as products in store, product availability, move of products to/from/within the store, in store replenishment etc., using technologies such as RFID with the goal to improve the customer experience as well as securing efficiency in our store operation.

H&M Business Development is responsible for collecting, planning, driving and doing the follow-up of the Business Developments initiatives within the H&M Group. We want to create simplified and unified prioritization and steering within H&M and set an even stronger focus on customer experience. Business Development has approximately 250 employees and we will be an expanding function moving ahead. Join us!

As a Business Solution Analyst, you will work close to the Product Owner for Stock Management in Store, in analyzing business needs for improvement and/or maintenance of the different store solutions. Together with the product owner you will act on a roadmap set by the different programs within Business Development. You play an important role in making sure that the solutions are developed according to the most prioritized business needs.
 
 
Your main responsibilities will be (but not limited to);
• Understand business processes and roles.
• Know which systems are used and how.
• Know important business goals and KPI’s, as well as business rules.
• Proactive work with identifying, gathering, clarifying and analyzing business needs and business effects.
• Translate business needs into clear business requirements.
• Connect requirements to business goals.
• Highlight dependencies and effects on a business level.
• Manage stakeholders and secure handover of new solutions as well as development of solutions.
• Support related IT areas in verification of solution proposals alongside with business understanding during the development phase.
• Support in analyzing the business effect of developments made.
• Be a resource in cross functional projects that touches your area of responsibility and expertise.

We expect that you have:
• Master’s degree in business and/or engineering.
• 2-3 year’s relevant work experience.
• Structured, strong planning, and executing skills together with a “can-do attitude” and a self-motivating way of working.
• Easy and clear way of communicating.
• The ability to see the big picture as well as seeking business opportunities.
• Experience from working in a large company is beneficial.
• Knowledge about IT systems, organization and processes within retail is beneficial.
• Store and retail knowledge is highly beneficial.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
