IT Solution Architect with SAP focus i Stockholm

As our new Solution Architect, you will work in a complex and exciting organization with IT solutions that are constantly developing. Your focus will be actively driving solution work. You will participate in the continuous pre-study process, which puts high demands on understanding the functional and technical aspects of the platform. You will have a close dialogue with the architect community and the solution/delivery leads ensuring good progress.

You will be a part of the Sales Online & Marketing division at H&M IT that develops and runs our online solutions. At Sales Online & Marketing we work with digital marketing, payment solutions and of course with our solutions and systems that enables online shopping for our brands. We are constantly working with exciting projects and initiatives, aiming to enhance our solutions and to create superior customer experiences for our customers. You will be working cross our organization with different stakeholders and be a vital part of the architect team towards our Cloud journey and customer centric architecture.

To be successful in this role we believe you have experience from working as a solution architect leading solution work and leading other people. You have good knowledge about the SAP product landscape. You are a team player and are good at involving and engaging others in decisions. 

Your main responsibilities

• Working as Solution Architect towards sales and distribution understanding the underlying business flows and solutions components
• Responsible for actively driving solution work independently or together with a team consisting of a project lead and business representative
• Translate the business needs into working solutions making sure architectural principles are followed
• Document and communicate solutions, including providing solution recommendations
• Working towards the delivery with the solution and agile architects communicating strategies, solutions and pre-studies within your solution area
• Collaborate with external vendors and our implementation partners
• Participate in architect forums and collaborate with initiatives outside the program
• Working together with the agile tracks securing that solutions are scalable and maintainable

• Extensive experience from solution architecture work in a cross functional environment
• Good understanding and knowledge about the SAP product landscape 
• Experience from leading people, achieving project goals
• Can develop a broad understanding of H&M business processes across the online sales, logistics, and accounting functions
• Strong communications skills in English and are comfortable to speak in front of an audience
• A can-do attitude and a strong energy to drive things to the finish line, even if they are complex or difficult
