Are you a User Experience Designer wanting to have an impact on a global scale? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

The H&M Experience Design team is looking for a User Experience Designer to join our team of designers. Together, we are responsible for the end-to-end digital experience of our customers. As a UX designer working in this global company, your work affects a large number of customers in all H&M markets.
The UX Design team is part of H&M Group Business Development. This function is responsible for collecting, planning, driving and doing the follow-up of the initiatives within H&M Group. We want to create simplified and unified prioritization and steering within H&M and set an even stronger focus on customer experience. Business Development currently have approximately 250 employees and we will be an expanding function ahead.

Who are we looking for?

We believe that you are optimistic, collaborative and an ambitious team player. To be successful in this role we also believe you have:
• Proven experience delivering great UX as a UX designer, information architect, interaction designer or similar.
• Ability and passion in leading UX projects, both in terms of design and people.
• Excellent communication skills together with analytical thinking and problem-solving capability. You love to simplify the complex into the digestible and present across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
• Strong conceptual thinking with an ability to understand the user’s needs, motivations, behaviors and translate them into actionable deliverables.
• A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team.
• A true team player willing to share your skills and experience with the rest of the design team and organization.
• Interest in or preferable experience from, working with e-com.

Role & Responsibilities

The job of a UX Designer at H&M comes with lots of responsibility – and loads of fun. Your main responsibilities include:
• Champion design in projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple launches with significant UX design responsibility.
• Research user behaviors, validate concepts with end users and turn insights into value-adding products and services.
• Contribute to visionary work and idea generation.
• Visualize and prototype design concepts at varying levels of fidelity, from paper to interactive digital prototypes for mobile apps and web.
• Collaborate with Visual Designers, Developers, Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and other stakeholders.
• Be the voice and advocate of the customer, constantly up-to-date with the latest trends, design possibilities and thinking within digital product design.
• Facilitate creative workshops and collaborative sessions with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop and refine user-centered design processes and best practices.
