We are looking for a Business Risk Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity for you to work with Non-financial Risk Management and build a strong network across the Group.

The offer
You'll join Risk Governance Support, where we support the Business Risk Managers in BRIS. Our main focus is to drive the BA/GF Non-financial Risk Forums and support the BA/GF's with different risk related items.
 
What you’ll be doing:
 
  • Take part in and drive various initiatives and projects related to risk strategy and risk management
  • Support Managing, control and report on non-financial risk to ensure adequate and proactive risk management
  • Coordinate risk related processes and implementation of e.g. new regulation or mitigating actions
  • Provide a holistic risk view to support the Head of CBB Business Risk Management
  • Act as a trusted partner towards the Business Risk Managers and other key stakeholder in Global BRIS, the Business Area's and Group Functions
The role can be based in Copenhagen, Stockholm or Helsinki.

  • Excellent people and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, able to manage multiple tasks, execution oriented, very well organized, with a structured approach and well-developed co-operation skills
  • Work independently, conducting analyses and assessments and drafting proposals based on these, while contributing to a great team performance
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to effectively create influence with your interactions
  • Great analytical skills and the ability to apply them to risk and processes
