Scandic IT is looking for a Project and Communication Manager to join the IT Project Management Office. As Project Manager you will drive business projects but also work as IT Project manager within assignments to manage resources, budget and deliverables. As IT Communication Manager you will work close to the CIO and IT Management team, focusing on Group IT communication, planning and administration.

Projects can both be such as implementing new digital services for all Scandic as well as improvement projects and smaller assignments within IT.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Project Management:

• Create overviews and plans
• Manage implementation plans, risks and costs, including resources
• Stakeholder management
• Develop project models, ways of working, docs and templates related to project management

Communication:

• Drive the communication area within IT
• Maintain and develop processes and templates for IT Communication, strategy, business plan, agendas etc.
• Promote a communicative culture
